Before starting a blog, I will recommend, you choose a niche before diving into blogging. In case you don’t know what a niche is, niche is the topic in which you will be writing about on your blog. Knowing what to blog before starting a blog will really help you to stay focus. Starting a blog before choosing a niche will make you to be frustrated because you be confuse of what to blog about. So it’s good to do some little research about niche before starting a blog.

Another thing you should know about niche is that, it’s better to pick a topic that you are passionate about because it will help you to write widely and give accurate content to your readers. Choosing a topic that is not in your field or that you are not passionate about can lead to copyright, that is, you will be copying other people’s work instead of writing your own contents.

For example: if your blog is about phones or gadget comparison, then you can make money through affiliate marketing by selling phones, and you can also be sponsored by phones companies to promote their brand.

A blog name is different from a niche. While a niche is the topic you will focus on, the blog name is what people will search on the internet to visit your website. After you are done with the creation of the website, the next thing is to design your website to look attractive to visitors. There are a lot of template that you can use to customize your website. I will recommend you to install a plugin called “Astra” and its theme. Astra is one of the best plugin that can allow you customize your pages any how you like.

    6: Create content:

Start creating good and effective content which can bring traffic to your website. And sure make to write content according to the niche you choose. And all your blog should focus on one niche, avoid writing contents of different area. That is, if you are writing a blog about fashion, then your blog should focus on that. You can also decide to divide your niche into sub-niche.

The effectiveness and accurate of your content will determines how you’re going to rank on Google Search Engine. In fact you should spend more time in promoting your blog than writing. And promoting your blog involves some certain amount of money, it depends on the platform or methods you’re using.
